Our popular Swedish massage is a European method that uses long strokes and kneading to stimulate circulation, improve muscular relaxation and relieve tension.


It’s often described as a “relaxation-based massage” or “classic massage” because it is designed to leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

If you are new to

massage in general, a Swedish massage is a great place to start.


This massage is more for relaxation than working out deep kinks or knots in muscles. Your massage therapist will use massage oil and smooth strokes on your muscles during your session. The movements and strokes warm up muscle tissue, release tension and gradually break up muscle knots and tightness.

Deep Tissue

Deep tissue massage is the manipulation of working a specific muscle slowly. Deep tissue does not have to be “deep”.


Benefits include increased flexibility, strength, range of motion, circulation to muscles and reduces pain and discomfort.


Also known as lazy man’s yoga, Thai massage is an ancient healing system that incorporates acupressure, compression, and passive stretching to improve energy flow within the body and relaxation.

A soothing treatment for sore joints and muscles, this ancient healing art uses smooth, heated river bed stones.


Heated stones are applied to specific points on the spine to enhance and improve energy flow.


Hot stone therapy massage combines warm stones with a relaxing massage to .aide in easing sore and tense muscles, relieving pain from injuries, and helps with relaxation.
